Been looking into the idea of a virtual tabletop to play with online friends. d20 Pro seemed… well, professional. Very strong community, lots of support files and documentation.
So I downloaded and installed it. Very user-unfriendly to first timers like me. No tutorials that help me navigate any of the menus; there are some YouTube videos covering a bare handful of issues, but none of it helped actually getting started. Uninstalled, moved on.
It appears to be a great program for those who already know what they are doing.
Doesn't do much if you have no experience with VTTs, though…
Actually, there is a user's guide.

For the cost this is hands down the best VTT out there. Supported, help is available, user content is nice. I tried the free\demo versions of a lot of them and this was the easiest one for me to come to grips with and get up and running.
