I have multi-touch support in the Android version of 3D Virtual Tabletop which I am working on.

Go to youtube and do a search for: "3D Virtual Tabletop Demo on Android"

It doesn't support multi-touch yet in the online version, but until I saw your post, I didn't even know that anyone wanted it. Those screens like you've got are still pretty rare, but it should be easy for me to make it work on a PC touchscreen after I've got it working on an Android touchscreen.
